Wishlist | June 2013

Hello girlies, today's post is simply a 'What I want, right here. Right now' kinda thing. There is literally A TONNE of clothes and makeup that I am lusting over for Summer right now so I thought I'd give you a little insight into my wishlist.

Does this bikini make anyone else drool? I've wanted something like this for SO long. I think the high waisted bottoms and bustier type top will be so flattering and I may have actually found a bikini I'll feel confident wearing - SUCCESS! It is rather pricey but the print is just so gorgeous, really reminds me of Versace! 

A rather boring product I must admit but I've heard so many good things about this one product that I'm getting really excited to purchase this powder! I've literally been wanting it for the longest time but I continued to buy the MUA powders and now my MUA powder has run out this baby is calling my name! However, I'm slightly confused as to whether I will need 'light' or 'light plus'?! Help me.. somebody!

Right. I'm not entirely sure if these will be one of those things that stays on my wish list forever or not, BUT.. I was in American Apparel in London the other day and almost fainted at the sight of MINT DISCO PANTS! As a mint green lover, I got a lil excited however the price is like a punch in the face. Due to me wanting disco pants for so long, I think I may end up making the splurge because they're so damn hot.

I think I have found my IMATS outfit! I saw this in Topshop the other day, tried it on and instantly fell in love . The colours are so gorgeous and perfect for Summer, plus it's really flattering when on! The price isn't too bad so I'm hoping to buy this in the next couple of weeks! I don't doubt I'll be featuring it in a lookbook.

London!

Hi everyone! I'm not going to go on and on with excuses about it being so long since my last post because if I'm honest, I just wasn't feeling all that motivated but I recently (31st May) went to London with Monique (http://monique-novales.blogspot.co.uk/), who will also be blogging about the day. Nails of the day: Revlon All Fired Up ❤

Hello beauties!
Today's post will be showing you my current nails. Revlon's All Fired Up is a vibrant classy red. I've always overlooked having red nails because I just see them as boring but I am in love with this colour. I love how glossy the finish is and how it compliments any skin tone. I just wish I didn't have to take it off tonight (school tomorrow!). You only need two coats for an extremely opaque colour and I would say the drying time isn't bad either. This can be found in any drugstore and I think costs aroung £5-6. Out of all the reds I've tried this has been my fave and I would highly recommend it.

The last photo is a bit random but I watched Clueless today and I had completely forgotten how much I love this film. It's like the original Mean Girls. Love, love, love. My nails kinda made me feel like I belong in the film too, isn't Cher just fabulous?

Snow day! ♥

Hello girlies, if you live in England I'm sure you already know but.. IT SNOWED! I woke up this morning, checked the school website and screamed, I love snow days. Instead of lying in I decided that I would film for my main channel so I have the weekend free to do whatever (which will mean revising, fab) but I am happy with my new video and it might just be my best one yet!

 I didn't actually get out in the snow until about 2:30. I went out in my onesie and wellies, looking lush! The bunnies even had a hop around, too cute.
I will eventually do some beauty posts, I just love sharing chunks of my day with you all, mainly photos!

Hot chocolate is definitely a must for cold days, as you can see I go all out with whipped cream and cute mugs! Hope you had a lovely day, whatever the weather and if you're in England, making the most of the snow

Wishlist: January 2013 ❥

Hello everybody!
I'm sure you all agree, there's a lot of pretty things coming in the shops at the moment, in particular Topshop and H&M. I really enjoy writing little wishlists whether I can afford the things or not so I thought I would share them with you.

1  MAC Stereo Rose Mineralize Skinfinish - £20.50

I have to be honest, I probably only want this because I haven't made a Mac purchase in a while and there's always so much hype about this one product when it is re-released in a limited edition collection which just makes me want it more, not to mention its shimmery pink with gold veining. The price however is pretty steep. This one might just have to stay on my wishlist but maybe I'll cave in.

2 Topshop basic neppy tee in khaki - £14

I've been obsessed with khaki recently, I just find it such a versatile colour. I am visioning this tee with just my black leather jacket, a pair of black leggings, some converse and bam! Outfit sorted. Again, I think the price is quite extreme for such a basic piece but I know I would get a lot of use out of something like this and as I received Topshop vouchers for Christmas, I think this would be a pretty good buy.

3 The Drums Portamento CD - £8

If you listen to The Drums, I love you and that is all. Seriously, they're my favourite band right now! I've been listening to them for about a year now but this album is just like perfect track after perfect track. You'll love them if you listen to bands like The Vaccines, The Maccabees, Bombay Bicycle Club etc (more faves of mine). My most played tracks have to be Days, Money, Book of Revelation and I also love Let's Go Surfing and The Future which unfortunately aren't on this CD. I strongly recommend having a listen,even if the album cover is slightly freaky!

4 -Topshop Martina T Bar Geek Shoes - £30

These are so cute its unreal. They are exactly like those little shoes your mum would force you to wear from Startrite when you were 4 when really all you wanted was a pair of lelli kellys except now I am obsessed with them, they're so vintage looking and pretty. They're also available in orange and white but I definitely prefer the black. I'm still 'um'ing and 'ah'ing about these, £30 isn't a lot but I've had pretty bad experience with Topshop shoes in the past (the studded flats) and I don't want to take the risk again!

5 - Maybelline Fit Me foundation - £8

I've noticed my ever so trusty Rimmel wake me foundation is running out and instead of repurchasing it, I want to try something new. I bought this for my mum for Christmas and she's really liking it, I swatched the 'Ivory' shade in boots today and it's a pretty nice match so if I do buy this, it might become my new favourite!

Things that I'm loving! ♥

Hello beautifuls, I thought I would share with you a few random bits 'n' bots that I love at the moment. This will be sort of like an October Favourites but for non beauty and fashion related things.

1 | Red Hot Chili Peppers
Since I was little, I remember jamming to the rhcp with Dad so I suppose it's kinda of nostalgic listening to them now. I particularly like 'Scar Tissue', 'Dani California', 'Suck My Kiss' and 'Snow (Hey Oh)'. It's all just good chill music that doesn't get old.

2 | Disney Classics
Again, another trip down memory lane. The Disney classics are just so freaking cute! Today I watched Lady & The Tramp. It's funny how you just remember little things from the films that make you smile. Some of my faves are 101 Dalmations, Peter Pan and Snow White. They just brighten my mood and they're perfect films to watch on a rainy day.

3 | Fairisle Print
Traditional fairisle prints just remind me so much of Christmas! Primark are definitely the best for getting fairisle fix. I recently bought a gorgeous knitted jumper and these cute socks! I'm wearing them now and they're extra thick and warm. At only £2.50, they make perfect little gifts.
