Nails of the day: Revlon All Fired Up ❤

Hello beauties!
Today's post will be showing you my current nails. Revlon's All Fired Up is a vibrant classy red. I've always overlooked having red nails because I just see them as boring but I am in love with this colour. I love how glossy the finish is and how it compliments any skin tone. I just wish I didn't have to take it off tonight (school tomorrow!). You only need two coats for an extremely opaque colour and I would say the drying time isn't bad either. This can be found in any drugstore and I think costs aroung £5-6. Out of all the reds I've tried this has been my fave and I would highly recommend it.

The last photo is a bit random but I watched Clueless today and I had completely forgotten how much I love this film. It's like the original Mean Girls. Love, love, love. My nails kinda made me feel like I belong in the film too, isn't Cher just fabulous?

Speak soon,
Britt

Current wishlist | August 2012

So many gorgeous makeup pieces in the shops at the moment, but I must resist as I'm saving for next week as I go to Austria! I might have to have a sneaky peek at duty free though ;-)

1 | L'oreal Nude Maqique BB cream
Oh my gosh, okay so when I first swatched this my expression was kinda like 'WTF'. It's an odd gritty consistency and it's a really funny colour but it seriously makes your skin look perfect without looking cakey like a foundation. £9.99 - Boots

2 | Revlon matte lipstick in Pink Pout
I spotted this lippy what feels like ages ago and it was only recently that I re-discovered it on the shelf in Superdrug. It's the perfect blue toned matte pink, pretty similar to Pink Plaid by Mac, I am determined to make this baby mine! £7.49 - Superdrug

3 | Model's Own Indian Ocean nail polish
I first saw this on http://www.asthesakurafalls.com/ (Check it out!) and instantly fell in love. It's the perfect mix of blues and purples and it's just so eye catching! I'm not usually a fan of shimmery polishes but I promise this is something else. £5 - Boots

4 | Model's Own Hedkandi Beach Party nail polish
Yep, another Model's Own polish, I swear they have the most unique of colours! This is the perfect colour pop for Summer. I usually dislike neon (reminds me of my slightly tackier days) but I have seen Zoella (on youtube) mention this so much that it just grew on me! £5 - Boots

5 | Frank Ocean Channel Orange CD
Lastly, not a beauty product but still at the top of my wishlist is this amazing album. I don't love any other members of Odd Future apart from this guy! His music is just so relaxing to listen to, I love it! My favourites from the album have to be Pink Matter, Sweet Life and Super Rick Kids! Although I have his songs on my iPod, I would love to blast this in the car. £10 - HMV

Hope you enjoyed reading this, I am determined to get back into blogging as I really do love it!
